Tony Redmond is a contributing editor for Windows IT Pro, Microsoft MVP, and the author of numerous books including Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 with SP (Digital Press). Tony has been writing about electronic mail since 1992 and is one of world's foremost commentators on and influencers of Microsoft collaboration technology, chiefly focusing on Microsoft Exchange Server. His latest book is Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 (SP1): Inside Out (ISBN 9780735640610).

Tony retired from HP in March 2010 after spending ten years as a Vice President where he served in various roles such as Chief Technology Officer for HP Services. During his time at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, and HP, Tony had a major impact on the relationship between the services divisions and many Microsoft engineering groups.

Paul Robichaux

Paul Robichaux has been a senior contributing editor at Windows IT Pro for over 10 years. A Microsoft Exchange MVP and MCSE, Paul specializes in helping people understand how to get the most from Exchange. He is the author of a dozen books, most recently the Exchange Server Cookbook (O'Reilly and Associates).

Paul is a founding partner of 3Sharp LLC where he runs the platforms group. He also serves on the technical advisory boards of Zenprise, Mimosa Systems, and AppAssure.
